How we fulfil orders
Goodhaven products are shipped directly to you by our third-party partner suppliers, many of them from warehouses outside the United States. We do not hold stock ourselves. That is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer, and we would rather tell you up front.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping transit: 7–12 days (the large majority of items arrive around 11 days)
- Total estimated delivery: roughly 8–15 business days
Shipping cost
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $70; a flat rate applies below that threshold.
International shipping
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after the label is created.
Delays and lost packages
If your package hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
