Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition requirements
Items should be unused with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened ingestible products and personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method.
