How our business works
Goodhaven is an online retailer, not a warehouse. We curate the catalogue and our third-party partner suppliers ship each order directly to you, mostly from warehouses outside the United States. That keeps our range wide and our prices fair, and it means delivery takes longer than a domestic store: 1–3 business days to process and 7–12 days in transit, so roughly 8–15 business days end to end. Full details are on our shipping page. Returns within 30 days and customer support are handled by us directly.
